Kelly Paddon
Sales representative - team leader
Kelly was born and raised in Belleville and is proud to call the Quinte region his home. Up to 2006, Hockey was Kelly's passion taking him on a competitive journey with the former Belleville Bulls and later the University of Western Mustangs. After graduating with a degree in Geography and a minor in space, society and change he traveled for a couple of years in the United States with a few different professional hockey teams. He then decided to come back to his roots and pursued a career in real estate- his forever found passion.
Kelly is now a family man married with 3 children. He has local family ties to such well-known local companies like Newman Insurance. Kelly aside from selling homes also owns a property management company called Quinte Property Management.
In his spare time, when Kelly isn't busy being a father or a killer sales representative, you will find him busy playing the following sports: Soccer, Hockey & Golf.

Dee Abrams
Broker
Dee has lived in the Quinte area for over 20 years and previously in Toronto. She brings with her experience in the IT and Business Management fields, specifically in Project Management. Dee is driven, hard working and prioritizes delivering to her clients. She possesses a broker licence and brings her previous experiences in corporate delivery to your commercial and personal real estate needs. In her spare time, she enjoys running, travel, golfing with her husband and caring for her daughter. Dee (Duyên) is also fluent in Vietnamese and brings a portfolio from Toronto for any potential investors in the Quinte area.
Bill Ritskes
Sales Representative - Team Leader
Bill has been a real estate professional since 1980 and resident of Belleville since 1978. Prior to 1980, Bill has over 12 years experience with mortgage and financial lending. You will often see Bill out in the community canvassing, either in person or by mail, always looking to see who we can be of Real Estate Assistance. He has won awards with RE/MAX including Hall of Fame, Executive Club & 100% Club. When Bill isn't busy selling houses you find him staying fit by playing a numerous sports. He also has the following community involvement:
